Maybe many of you knew that BMG would file suit at this critical jucture. I did not! Do believe it to be as bogus as 3 dollar bill . The impact is of course devastating at a very critical time especially when the Amergence Concept was being implemented. Was the timing of this suit coincidence ???? Don't know? Will we survive this, I do not know. What I do know is that all of managements efforts are channeled to deal with the issue in hopes of getting it resolved.
However the blame game here has been a constant and indicates not many have the "character" to take responseability for your own decisions and action while some do. Somebody forced you to invest. You had no choice. It never was not your decision. That is indeed a sad chapter.
