Let's look at each item:

1. Year to year breakeven - As of the most recent 10K it is anticipated that breakeven will occur 4th quarter (Forward looking) means nothing until or unless it happens.

2. Comcast T.V spot and Superbowl Ad - If you were a shareholder at the time and these events were PR'd and you are absolutely positive that these events did not happen, then you have a case for a lawsuit. You still have one because those events are still being reported in the most recent 10K.

3. VOD - http://storefront.theplatform.com/GetStorefrontEvent.event?pid=M-LG-rSnfUDz_vM1_f-02AM5ULsbsUDA&....

4. GZFX UK - All that I have read on this matter has been intention based (July 25th PR from last year, Blogsite(especially), Website). All hype. All foward-looking. Coming soon means nothing until it is here

Face it Mar-key, you fit the bill. You fell for the hype(especially on this board) on the forward-looking information and for the events that actually took place, they weren't bg enough to make this stock the next 'big thing' as you hoped. What's funny is that while you were looking for all these events took get you rich, the company was diluting even then and it was spelled out clearly in all the K/Q reports. I respect those who are pissed because they lost a lot of money believing in this company early on. But at the same time, I have a hard spot when they bought in because of hype/forward looking info/PRs, didn't really look at the reports (and I mean really read them), lost money, and now refer to the company as a crooked and that everything was a lie.

You can repost all you want or claim to have "said it before", but bottom line:

1. Until they state that breakeven HAS OCCURED and it really hasn't, the info is foward-looking

2. You can prove (via lawsuit) that these events were announced, and did not occur. To say that they weren't big enough events doesn't get it

3. Prove that VOD doesn't exist. Again to-your-liking doesn't get it. BTW I agree that the content could be much better but at least it is there.

4. Until the company states that expansion has occured and no evidence can be found in the reports, it just forward-looking info

Where are they now?
