We have entered into a contract with Cambrex Bio Science MA, Inc. for the large scale purification of our lead product candidate, ATryn_. We have a five year, renewable supply agreement with Cambrex, which will expire in 2007 if not renewed. Although we have identified possible alternative suppliers with respect to the purification of this product, interruptions in these services and the process of changing to an alternative manufacturer could have a material adverse effect on our timely ability to manufacture bulk delivery of ATryn_ for delivery to our collaborators.
