You hadn't heard of the mandatory trade-in of PAIM shares ? It is pretty bizarre but apparently they (PAIM management) cashed out 95% of all shareholders shares for .00002 - you would have to read up on the PAIM board and check out their filings, etc. Apparantly it had SEC approval.
