Wayne...why would you respond to me regarding churn when my post was in response to gattes post and him using churn numbers 35% and 73% as if the 15% range never existed...obviously he was making things try to look golden by saying and posting the churn rate decreased when in fact it has increased next to three times the amount of recent...if your looking at things annually so be it...but the fact is it has gone up quite abit lately and those who claim there service is better than ever are also twisting the truth because churn is a gauge of the quality of service provided by the company...or as gattes and mikeisme will tell you just a coincidence and that time of the year when people are camping and fishing and not renting movies and games...LOL!
