Funny that they didn't mention there was an additive side effect: overly high potassium levels, as reported in Lancet:

So this won't rescue Diovan. And looking at the PR you posted, it looks as though the ramipril combo works even better (though it is unclear if the blood pressure goal is that same as in the tekturna/diovan study). Of course, that combo might have issues of its own . . .
