REM - CHARTER CONTRACT avtaler

Rem Offshore ASA has entered into a long term
contract with the Australian Sub Sea company
Clough on new building 321 at Kleven Yard with
delivery June 2008. The contract has a fixed
durance of 5 years, with further options of three
times one year. Commencement on delivery from
Yard. The contract has been entered into on market
terms.

The entry of this contract confirms the strategy
of Rem Offshore ASA that the MPSV ships will be
chartered on long term contracts.
