pr's is the mainstay of pinksheet companies, the trick is to find one that has a real chance of becoming a business, then you have to get their attention to point out the stupid blunders they have made along the way, and finally if all goes well collectively work toward putting the company on a good track,

I will tell you one of our biggest immediate progblems, here is what the share count af of today per the TA:

Authorized Shares: 30 billion
Issued and Outstanding: 2,303,620,301

and the share price is languishing at its 52 week low,

man, I love a challenge, and sure there are other companies doing this kind of work but hey it's a big world and lots of room to compete, imo.

anyway, I am going to try to speak with management and attempt to get a sense of just how focused or unfocused these people may be,
