Back to basics? That would take "money"...
which has been used for "other" initiatives.
If those "other" initiatives don't provide
value to the biz...forget the whole damm
thing...IMO. The idea of focusing solely on
the rental biz should have happened from the
beginning when funds were available from all
the "long-term" investors..."and" traders...
(hold nose)...LOL. Apparently, JF may have had
other plans since day one, and combined with some
bonehead decisions, left the rental biz to suffer.
I don't see the rental-by-mail biz bringing much
value to GZ. I think it's too late to gain any
significant numbers there...IMVHO.
