Secondly.....if the consulting fees were legitimate and were part of milestone progress; GZFX/JF would not have to hide who and what and how much were paid to the various consultants!

Sorry, but you got this all wrong! Consulting fees paid to one's own consulting firm as part of the business plan isn't really consulting at all now is it????
