I don't think for a minute that SLJB is going to describe expansion and consolidation in a PR without it including SLJB as a shareholder in this move. I don't think they'd mislead or lie like that... especially not with everyone's eyes focused on them.
PR's identifying the SLJB ticker symbol clearly speak directly to shareholders.
The AF's will shed so much light on this and need to be done PRONTO.
