the current share price disagrees with you on most of your points. free market theory suggests that all news (good, bad, and ugly) is already priced into every stock. if this truly was a growth stock, the valuation would be much greater, imho.

understand that this theory negates the concept that any company should communicate with shareholders. since stock prices already reflect intrinsic value, PRs only serve to artificially inflate/deflate a stock's price in the short term.

in other words, this is a penny stock because it is only worth a penny. there are only two reasons for it to go up from here:

1) supply/demand imbalance
2) management actually does something to increase the value of the company
