the khandaker report stated that dejour has a controlling interest in titan, not that they have controlling interest in titan, which is true, because they are the largest outside shareholder in titan with 17.5 million shares and 3 million warrants. so maybe a bad choice of words, but not a lie. having a controlling interest and having controlling interest are two different things. good trading, thomas
