I was in some stocks that were naked shorted. In two of those stocks shares were dumped by the management first and then shorts took over and drove the price to almost ZERO (I hope this not the case here). In another stock the management identified the short seller(who was an individual investor not MM). In another stock, however, the management ordered NOBO list which cut the roots of shorts, so the problem was solved. In the last stock I was in, the management went to court, and ordered the shorts to return all the shares.
Btw,since last week I have been telling people in here that lets push, lets email, lets call Tom to do something about this NSS issue. It is his duty and responsibility to take care of shareholders. he is becoming rich with our money, he is the manager of our money so he has no choice but to do something about this f...ing illegal shorting. and if he fails to stop this, the necessary conlusion will be HE is dumping shares.
But unfortunately people in this room are so in love with the Greatness of Tom, his inteligence and accomplishments... so nobody wants to bother Mr Tom for such "small issues", because "he is very busy" dealing with the future of this company.
Anyways i am little pissed at the moment.
just my thoughts.
