Yeah, I know all of you conservatives want to put Reagan on Mt. Rushmore, again he did some good things, was horrible on others, perhaps the worst environmental president we ever had, the recessions of the late 80's proved his trickle down economics did not work, it took Clinton to actually have a surplus, however he did contribute to the fall of communism by making it his number one foreign policy objective and basically forcing the Soviet Union to ruin their economy by spending so much on the military
