Rumor I heard is not about a buy out, but about CYGX developing someone else's oligo using an ssDNA generating construct.

But the rumor can't be substantiated, and that makes it useless to me. I'm not buying more stock based on a rumor that could have come from anywhere.

Rumors or no rumors, DNA contructs get aound the delivery problems that plague DNA/RNA based medicine.

There are a lot of promising ssDNA molecules out there, and CYGX has the only existing method of making them inside of cells.

Sooner of later we'll be approached by someone much as in the scenario of this current rumor--and a deal will happen, IMO.
