I got a mighty powerful hankering for pancakes today. I think I'm going to mix me a batch of batter and let it rest in the fridge for an hour or so then gourge myself later. I did make some very good molasses cookies today but I've had pancakes on my mind all day. Maybe I'll send Wolfie a batch.
