It's not a NOBO as the shares are listed as Cede & Company (a NOBO list would show who owned those shares).

It's off of the records filed by Madison Stock Transfer's attorney in the New York litigation.

The 5,000 that are accounted for are people that I've spoken with or that I know have shares. There are 10,000 I don't know who holds.
