You used the word SALE, it triggered the thought that it is not what you have but what you can sell that makes profit.

A huge pile of concrete for recycling isn't worth much if you don't have a contract to deliver it. It seems to me that Southern Crushed has the pile but no contracts, Murphy has contracts and contacts for more.

I would bet my depleted value shares that the key to the SCC package is that PA knows where he can sell the stuff. He is probably getting that worked out since it means revenue; rather than posting the PR's that would make us happy now.
