Excess Computer Inventory Causing Spot Prices to Fall

Two market developments over the past couple of days have reinforced our cautious stance on Micron Technology. Spot market pricing, which had stabilized just after the New Year, has begun to decline once again. After reaching a high of $4.00 late last week, the spot market price of a 256Mb DDR400 device is currently quoted between $3.85 and $3.90.
