I knew you didn't do anything, it was just wierd that you told me about them and then all the sudden I get an email from them.

I am not worried about them at all. We are in two different leagues. It looks like they are after more of a "analyst content" feel, whereas, I am gearing more toward a "user-driven content" site that is very interactive.

We'll see. I love competition. It creates innovation, which creates wealth which Fatt Matt likes <smile>
