Is Sulja still in Business???

I guess the answer to your question lies in which Sulja you are referring to! There are so many entities wound up in this bizarre mystery, it is difficult to separate them (wondering if they can ever be "separated" or distinguished from one another). Indeed a tangled web. Hopefully the OSC will conclude its business within the next couple months and we can move on to the next level of enlightenment, i.e. escalation of "SEC inquiry", civil lawsuits and the like.

As always, time will tell.
