Not that I know of.

The two partially-owned subsidiaries that have produced the majority of Panamersa's operating income, MMVII and LATAM, are both private members of Fundación Pan America, and cannot be audited. However, the numbers for the 2006 Annual Report were certified by a licensed CPA.
