I crossed my fingers to but in the meantime took the time to outline my concerns to the SEC via their online complaint website.

I have also been accumulating PRs and emails to follow up with a more extensive written complaint. My thinking is that these people should be in prison writing all the PRs they want for when they get out they can attempt to do their thing and have about 8 years prison time in their resume.
