Well since Frank/Appletree just took over control (bought the control blk interest) from Mark they are now taking over everything. This includes the unpaid bill with the T/A which Frank has paid as of late last week. They have given him the O/S amount which is 3.6bb due to Mark obviously selling stock for monies (what I call a jerk-off move) over the past-previous history. So therefore the O/S should be announced imo around 3.6bb. They will have the float numbers soon I heard to announce.

Now so you know Frank/Appletree are working with DTC, CEDE (to know who's holding what and where) and the T/A to get an updated shareholder list which was not supplied on the closing terms obviously once again cause the transfer agent hadn't been paid.

Frank/Appletree Capital are also updating Edgar and the SEC which I was told is happily working with Frank on the 8k's and getting him the new codes to upload them cause Ellis left without giving him the codes to Winsted too. This guy is some character (Mark Ellis). Frank/Appletree will also be doing the 10k-q's and bringing back to par imo.
