My neighbor has a son who is a doctor in the AF - he just returned from his 4mo tour in Iraq and has been told he will go back in Sept '08, so we can be sure we'll be there through 2008.
The Repubs held ALL the cards in this war - they wanted it, they continue to support it. Hopefully voters will remember that in Nov '08.
