Most patients respond again to rituxan once they relapse. Some are cured.

For those that are not, i think a lot of them are put on clinical trials with investigative agents. And some on bexxar and/ or zevalin.

sales could certainly be highger, but these drugs never got leverage. i think it is mostly due to the inconvenience for both physians and patients.
