I'm responding in the open because I am an ex-reporter for major dailies who still freelances...disclosure and all. Not required, and anybody here can see posts to that effect, but I mention in the spirit of fair play.

Obviously, not a great day for you... And by the way I had nothing to do with those boards getting deleted, ie, no TOS reports, PMs to admin, etc... Again, just so you know.

As Serf alludes, you must be be starting to realize how thin the line can become regarding what you're trying to do here. That is, perhaps you have already considered it deeply, and now the "hurdles" are manifesting... It's obvious you're *NOT* trying to deceive in the sense of the organic grocery guy--even though he may not be in too much trouble...

Still, where do you draw the line? I know the Overstock CEO has struggled with these issues, also, as he attempts to run a widely known corporation on the one hand, yet pursue "naked shorting" as an individual who happens to be a CEO...

Now, lol...on the *proper* forum, the Perihelion thread that Tim moderates, I *still* have an open question, addressed to "PQL." Last I looked a regular there seems to share my curiousity. Perhaps you can respond there, and we'll all move forward.
