Sumisu, I only recently "learned" to like hot peppers. It was not my stomach, but my mouth and tongue. LOL My son taught me about the different tastes of peppers, and I started trying more and more of them. I used to only be able to eat a little Chinese Mustard on a egg roll. Until I tried Janice's carrot based hot sauce. The Chinese hot sauce is mild by comparison and now I can eat it like regular mustard. I do get a little heartburn once in a while, but it's worth it.
