Psst .... Grande .... the papers being returned by the RCMP/OSC most likely related to the Nominee Accounts.

No cement in those accounts. LOL

Remember ... the concrete deals announced ... were retracted in a News Release put out by Sulja and they have not announced another concrete deal since.
