Just providing the other side of the cement allocation argument with back-up material posted in the press. Don't just call another viewpoint a bash unless you have something of substance to offer.
It seems to me that you have no back-up material to prove the positive/optimistic/dream. If you do have evidence that Sulja has a cement allocation ... please provide it.
