I agree, the degree of separation gives AAPU the edge and is technically legal-- certainly unethical though IMO. I doubt the SEC will push that angle further. The action now probably more reflects cleaning up the assets/operations portion of the SEC issue.

How many legs does a dog have if you call the tail a leg? Four; calling a tail a leg doesn't make it a leg.
