I don't agree. It might not have been what you wanted (just yet), but I think it was important for the company to not wait on officially announcing new management being in control.

The correct numbers for the share structure is coming in my opinion and I think it is better that he is waiting for certain confirmation from key regulatory authorities than to put such numbers out to possibly have the numbers corrected through a retraction of that news.

I think it's more important that he gets it right the first time considering the importance and magnitude of this information. IMHO

I still think it is too premature to begin thinking for the worse. I think time will tell in the very near future. I wish the best for us all.
