ABPH, I think I was the first one this year to catch this stock. It kept running, on no news, no recent filings. I looked into the company and saw it had a promising light device, but hadn't issued PRs in months. Still, it was a low OS, low floater, and I liked the fact they had never diluted, even though they were in a financial squeeze.
Recent news is good, ABPH should be a steady climber from here:

ABPH is in no worse, actually slightly better shape this year, from what I can gather, but it has traded at .26c and higher as recently as November of last year.
I checked the OS, and it hasn't changed...
They manufacture a screening process for breast cancer that is currently re-imbursed by medicare on a temporary basis.
On the negative, they admit in their 10K they are seeking additional financing, and the terms may not be acceptable. So far, it's been mostly private placements
