Yes true Gattes they are used but when examining OTCBB stocks it is widely abused and if you read the posts here that if things dont pan out it brings in a lot of negativity. Real stocks dont need forward looking statements just PR's about important items related to the company historically. I suspect many people here have not read any filings an made buys by readings hype on boards and the interest the company has generated (just look at the board marks here). I suspect those same shareholders who didnt read the filings has been crying here the loudest because they don't read and did little to none DD. In my opinion just because the PPS is this low now doesnt mean it is going to stay here. Currently JF is obviously doing everything he can to get the company on the right track and with Morroh helping you cannot find a better company to take advice from. I have confidence that the PPS will recover eventually but it is going to take time.
