Steve, to me they have a #, whomever THEY are

and most of them know the #, so until the #, its party city.

there is no fear in this market and in the past or NORMAL times, that would be punished severely..

not now, there is a confidence out there and someone/s know things that give them unbeleiveable confidence to buy ANYTHING w/o fear...
