I didn't dry any of my habs. Either used 'em fresh, froze 'em, or used 'em in hot sauce. They, too, have a distinctive fruity flavor. One of my plantz this year is the Trinidad Perfume, a hab that doesn't have any heat. The growers say it has an extraordinary flavor. I'll use it mixed with the hot stuff...
