Honestly who cares?!? If it goes down I'll only see that as a blessing discount because I believe 1 month from now (most likely) we'll be in pennyville regardless. This is one of those great shell plays (assuming everything rolls out smoothly with seaway and wisebuys) that is too hard to ignore.
