Service revenues and a piece of the production revenues moving forward sounds like a rational choice given their current financial situation. Once there's a little change in the pocket they can go back to building their own plants.

I agree, Jim. There's no reason why both business models can't be employed. I'm not sure why they're making it an either/or situation. Should be no reason why they can't own 1 out of every 10 they build.
