GMSC Management,

After buying and selling shares, I currently now sit on xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx shares. I bought these shares at a MUCH HIGHER PRICE then what we currently sit at. For the record, I've attached a copy of some recent purchases. I have a few concerns.


1.) I feel that there is mass naked shorting and phantom shares, as part of a large shareholder group I would like to see a NOBO and OBO list done. Can you please provide information on this?

If you could address my other concerns:

1.) The Bid Lou CD is officially released when?

2.) The Qbanito CD is being released when?

3.) Has the Qbanito Video been approved for viewing by the CRTC on MusicPlus and/or Much Music?

4.) When does the Big Lou contract end; what are the intentions of GMSC getting paid back the $500k invested?

The group I'm apart of holds a HUGE CHUNK of the daily float and OS. A NOBO and OBO list should flush out the naked shorts.
