ZZZ - there was no mention whatsoever in my post about the timing of the closing of the Harrow operation, and that part of the issue has no bearing on the intent or meaning of my post.

Stop trying to mischaracterize my posts and confuse the issues. That they WILL BE CLOSING will have the same effect on the company's financial status as if THEY WERE ALREADY CLOSED. The bottom line is that whenever they close, THEY WILL BE CLOSED and no further revenues will be generated from that location; in fact quite the opposite in that it will have a negative financial effect on the entire company.

The continual spin and twist of semantics here is so totally ineffective. Intelligent people can (and do) read through all that crap. Interesting that you would mention "Dummys" (although I believe it's correctly spelled DUMMIES).
