Re: From what I can tell, the 4500 is not yet available, and is within 5% of the 6000+. I think the 4600 should beat the 6000+.
The 4500 launches with the G0 stepping this month, while the 4600 launches in Q4. AMD will not be launching mainstream Phenom parts until Q1. They claim that high end Phenom parts are in Q4, but we'll see if AMD can get back to hitting their targets....
If not, their fastest part will have to start competing with Intel's 4000 series parts, leaving the entire high end untouchable. And after that, there's Penryn....
