OK All,, ir called me back today. The persons name was Anthony Huston and he was very polite and informative. Here's a breakdown of the conversation. I wanted to know how many authorised shares there were he looked it up and there are a bit over 200 million i think like 230 or so. The 10Q is due out on or around the 23rd of July. The private placement was 5 different institutions, he said they whent through the company with a fine tooth comb before they invested the 25 milion.BoooYaa.,, He also mentioned the new auditors were added because they are now an international company. I asked when we might here something on the human trials, he said the ceo should be having a cc this week. Boooyaaa That's just a quick breakdown owr conversation was 1/2 + an hour. I must say I am more upbeat on this little company now more than ever . O ya btw, they also have plans within the next 12 months to move to a better exchange. I asked him to please not go to the amex go to the nasdaq , they much more reputible IMO. GLTA
