i believe the nominee accounts were being directed according to a plan set out by DeVries. that's how i remember it anyway.

A plan that was obviously set in motion, at least in part, by Petar Vucicevich, by his own admission in the Nov. 6, 2006 taped interview given to the RCMP investigators. Who knows what became of the 280 million shares Petar claimed in the same interview were at that time controlled by Kore US, then under the direction of DeVries.
