The SEC may indeed have nothing to do with Sulja now, if you view Sulja as the lumber yards and SAMS, not as SLJB. We still don't have proof that SLJB has legitimate claims to the operations and assets of Sulja Brothers, Sulja Building, SAMS or whatever Calgary operation comes into being.

On the other hand, the SEC and OSC are involved with SLJB. Since no one here has posted that they purchased an equity stake from the Suljas in their lumber operations, I would assume most here should be more concerned with SLJB's status with the SEC and OSC than Sulja's.
