Small world Gulf.

We love Cape May and go there often.
Trying to hold onto a little Victorian cottage my wife and I bought there three years ago in the historic district. Suppose to be investment for the future. Vacation rentals for the summer. Separate one and two bedroom apt. on the property are hurting this summer. Think there are too many hotel to condo. conversions and it's starting affect rentals.
Walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

I planted some perennial Banana trees (Musa basjoo). In Zone 7 there I do not have to mulch it. Trying to give it a tropical feel/Key West look. The one in the front planting is 5' to 6' tall right now, might reach 7'. Left the multiple trunks for a full look but it would grow taller if I thinned it to just one trunk. Really like the look and trying to make people feel it's like a small tropical get-away.
