rjbluesky, thank you for the reply :) Ya'll have obviously put a lot of time and effort to research this and come to an opinion of this company's future. I can and do appreciate that.

Regarding the patent/trademark issue: I will follow up with the USPTO this week. I'll report back what I hear.

As far as companies and thier publicly related information: I have been researching publicly trading companies a very long time. I have read the exaggerations, and truth stretching, and outright lying over and over again. Given that, I am always the skeptic to what a publicly released, company-sponsored document says. I also take note of what I would consider "key aspects" that they don't address.

I have no solidified conclusion with respect to AAPU, but I am suspicious. The only independent confirmations I have been able to make are the patent/trademarks (we already know my position here) and the Jordan connection, which is in the form of a $310k US TDA grant to study shale oil extraction and recovery. As time permits, I will attempt to find more outside correlation to other information. At this time, I remain guardedly skeptical.

As far as the 3 Company merger: I hear what you are saying, but I can't get past the idea that the 2 publicly trading companies appear to already be 1 and just using 2 markets to sell shares. I'm still trying to get an understanding as to how that can happen when they don't appear to disclose the relationship/financial aspect to the public (key aspect IMO). It appears the Chirico Group may be the private company that controls the strings of both public companies. That would be perfectly fine. But the public companies appear almost identical save for the company name and stock ticker. Why have we not found one PR that talks to the already existing relationship that has been ongoing since May 2005? How can it be that these 2 companies appear to tap into the same revenue stream selling the same products to the same people?

Thank you for your time and may you have a better week :)
