A new long term Divi stock with appreciation upside long term

Expect 20% appreciation over the next year from here plus a solid dividend. Buy em low sell them... Earnings will drive the yield higher while propelling the stock upward. I'm getting in now to maximize my dividend going forward. Cheers all
