I expect you are right about that. Devries is experienced in these matters. I expect SLJB to be pretty much worthless with much of the $ raised to have gone offshore, with the remainder spent on "salaries" hiring companies like AQFS and legal bills which must be in the 10s of thousands of dollars already. By the fact they do not have quality legal representation i believe there is little money left.
