Please help me clarify:

America Asia Petroleum also announced that it was awarded a patent for its new US Patent SOT shale oil extraction technology, US Patent SOT 11 30825.

Are you saying that and SAB 60 339495 are actual patent numbers?

Are you saying that SOT 78 858532 and SAB 78 048917 are trademark numbers?

Are you saying the data I queried from http://www.uspto.gov/ is wrong?

Can you point me to the actual posts/websites that confirm the patents/trademarks?

How many legs does a dog have if you call the tail a leg? Four; calling a tail a leg doesn't make it a leg.
